Surfing: Port Erin, Isle of Man Wind Direction: NW Wind Stength: 6-7 Surf / Sea State: A+Port Erin, D-Hawaii Air Temperature: chilly Sea Temperature: not quite so chilly Weather: wet, grey, windy Max Speed: Distance Covered:
This is my first surf of the year and it kind of showed. It was an onshore
wind which is the only time Port Erin sees any waves. Despite only getting
up a couple of times (I'd borrowed a mates board. Well that's my excuse!)
it was an awesome evening surf and somewhere beyond the cloud, mist and
driving rain was a beautiful sunset. The waves weren't particularly clean
but big enough to get some short runs on and the water was not too bad for
warmth. Only me and mate out in the water too!
